Denver Tree Limb Drop Off Sites, Pickup Services Extended
Second Denver Storm Causes Extra Demand

A number of cities and counties have extended pickup services and drop-off sites for broken tree limbs after a second snowstorm hit Colorado this week.
Here is a list of the governments that are providing those free services along the Front Range:
- Denver Tree Service: The Havana Nursery (10450 Smith Road) is accepting branches on Saturday and Sunday.
- Aurora Tree Service" Call the city Forestry Department (303-739-7717) if there are city-owned trees damaged on the right-of-way along the sidewalk. Branches that are less than 1 inch in diameter can be placed in trash.
- Boulder Tree Service: Western Disposal will provide an extra pickup of branches that are left out for curbside pickup through Nov. 11. Branches left must be no longer than 6 feet and no bigger than 6 inches in diameter.
- Greeley Tree Service: Residents can take their tree limbs to the free drop site near Island Grove Park (501 N 14th Ave.). Also the Public Works Department will pick up tree limbs set out at the curb by Nov. 7.
- Broomfield Tree Service: Residents can take downed limbs that are less than 12 inches in diameter to the parking lot of the Bay Aquatic Center (250 Lamar St.) by Sunday.
- Adams County Tree Service: Tree Service Adams County will accept tree limbs from Adams County residents through Nov. 13 at the Adams County Regional Park and Fairgrounds (9755 Henderson Road, Brighton).
- Fort Collins Tree Service: The City will offer two options to deal with fallen branches and limbs; curbside pickup and recycling drop off through Nov. 21 for pickup, and Nov. 23 for the branch drop-off site.
- Loveland Tree Service: Residents can drop off their tree limbs until further notice at the recycling centers at 400 N. Wilson, and at First Street and Taft Avenue.
